Sauvignon Blanc and Gazpacho

Ready for another perfect summer pairing? Good. We’ve just released our 2013 Shone Farm Sauvignon Blanc. Shone Farm is an old favorite, and many of our long-time members and guests await it’s release anxiously every year. We try to always make sure we release it before the hot weather really rolls in since this is a pretty perfect wine for summer days on the deck. It’s crisp, balanced and full of bright citrus notes. Of course, at some point you’ll have to choose the perfect summer meal to pair with this wine, and Sauvignon Blanc can be tricky. Luckily, we have some very savvy Winemakers and Chefs around to help. Try pairing the Shone Farm Sauvignon Blanc with this delicious recipe for Gazpacho from our neighbors (and family members) at the Glen Ellen Star.
